The lawmakers and the President-elect: the key to national unity

Official canvassing of votes is now on-going for the top two (2) critical positions – president and vice-president – the heart of suspense and anticipation.

Time is ticking (part 2)

Part one of this article was published more than a month ago, before the elections to be exact, where I outlines some of the possible legacies as well as prevailing shortcomings of outgoing President Arroyo and her administration.
